With around 200 guests from 14 nations, it was a very successful Open House.
On September 15, 2023, Müller reopened the doors to its premises in Kranzberg after a break of a few years and invited customers, dealers and partners to strengthen personal contacts  and get to know each other better.

In the 11th edition of the fair, there were 11 systems to discover in the Müller Experience Center (MEC):
Müllers main product are still inserting systems. Systems in three different performance classes were on display, covering a wide range of needs. The LogiPack is the secret top seller at Müller – the shipping industry is growing and with it the demand for systems that print delivery notes and other documents with pinpoint accuracy and drop these into the package – demonstrated live inline with the Canon VarioPrint 115.

The highlight of this year's exhibition was the nearly 20-meter-long system made possible in cooperation with FUJIFILM Unigraphica: The print heads of the TransJet printed the paper web with water-based ink and UV ink directly next to each other. In one line, there was a seamless transition to quality control in the Müller Web Vision before the paper web was transferred to the Müller 6500 cutting line. The final trimmed documents left the processing line in two stacks.

In addition, a special cutting system for documents with braille, two DocuTrim sheet finishing systems from Hunkeler, which can process sheets up to B2, were on display and – as a further special feature – visitors were able to take an exclusive first look at Müller's new development.

The company tours were very well received. Due to the high demand, more tours were spontaneously offered than planned and a comprehensive insight into the warehouse, manufacturing, production and assembly was provided.
